A New Scholarship Program to make study more accessible.

Three new United Theological College (UTC) scholarship categories for the 2018 intake have been announced – which are expected to provide financial support and significant savings for over 25 students in the next 12 months (2018 year).

Rhonda White, the Acting Director at Uniting Mission & Education, is thrilled with the new scholarships, which reflect the College’s goals of supporting more people, through life-long learning with the church.

“United Theological College as part of UME, is the primary education facility of the Uniting Church in NSW & ACT, and these new UTC scholarships are about expanding our scholarship program to enable more financial support for people wishing to enjoy tertiary study, ” Reverend White said.

United Theological CollegeAbout Us, Location, Why UTC?

“Whether you are a Minister looking for continuing education opportunities through the Master of Ministry or Master of Theology, a lay leader looking for further professional development through a Bachelor of Theology, or a member of a congregation interested in an ‘Introduction to Theology’ which can lead to a Bachelor of Theology, these scholarships are ideal.”

“The scholarships offer a 50% saving on fees*, which is a huge financial assistance in people’s lives.

“We know that our UTC students and alumni love the face-to-face education experience and the genuine student support that UTC provides, however, potential students can find continuing education a financial stretch.  Now, we can assist more students, with more access to study with these savings.
