CSU’s Graduate Diploma of Theology course is designed for people holding an undergraduate degree or equivalent in a discipline other than theology, who wish to upgrade their knowledge and skills in this field.

About the Course

Applicants with undergraduate degrees or equivalent in theology can undertake other postgraduate courses in theology. This course has been designed to allow people to upgrade their knowledge and skills and also improve professional performance and personal satisfaction.

Upon completion of the Graduate Diploma, it is expected that students will be able to:

  • demonstrate competence in one of the following theological fields:
    • Biblical Studies
    • Systematic Theology
    • Church History
    • Pastoral and Worship Studies
  • demonstrate and articulate a broad understanding of the scope and disciplines of theological study
  • demonstrate skills of theological reflection
