Course Fees
Course Fees for CSU Subjects.
Unless otherwise specified, ALL payment of subject fees are to be made directly to Charles Sturt University. Once you have a valid enrolment, CSU will issue you with an electronic invoice and options of how to pay your fees. If you are on HECS please ensure you have returned your HECS form to Student Administration Office in Bathurst. Payment of fees can be calculated by clicking on this link: http://www.csu.edu.au/division/finserv/students/fees.htm and following the prompts. All fees must be paid by the Census Date of each semester.
Census dates are:
Autumn Session (ie 1st Semester Feb – Jun) 31 March
Spring Session (ie 2nd Semester Jul – Nov) 31 August

UTC Ministry & Formation Subjects
All UTC Ministry and Formation subject payments are to be made directly to the UTC Student Administration Office:
These subjects include:
- APB168 Sexual Misconduct Awareness Training I (link to application form which will include fee)
- APB268 Sexual Misconduct Awareness Training II & Professional Ethics (link to application form which will include fee)
- APB269 Polity & Administration II (link to application form which will include fee)
- APB268 Sexual Misconduct Awareness Training II & Professional Ethics (link to application form which will include fee)
- And all MEP (Ministry Exploration Subjects) (link to application form which will include fee)
Payment facilities are available at the Student Administration Office and can be made by Eftpos, Credit Card or a Cheque made out to ‘United Theological College’.
Academic results will be withheld if your course fees are not paid. Students will not be allowed to re-enroll if they have unpaid fees.
