Enrollment Sessions
Enrolment forms and class timetables for the following year, are made available to current students from mid October. Others interested in these materials should notify Student Administration in UTC.
Students normally complete pre-enrolment in October. This confirms a place in the subjects selected. A student’s enrolment for Semester 1 can be confirmed or changed up until the published census dates for each semester.
Students not yet admitted to a study program may provisionally enrol. New student enrolments are taken between mid October and late January. Late enrolments are accepted if space in classes permits.
Students are encouraged to return their enrolment preferences promptly to avoid disappointment.
Admission and enrolment for students undertaking courses through the CSU School of Theology should be done through the University. Help and guidance can be sought from Student Administration or the Course Coordinator of UTC.
