Rev. Dr. Rhonda White is Lecturer in Practical Theology United Theological College which is part of the Charles Sturt University School of Theology. She is an ordained minister in the Uniting Church in Australia serving for the past 26 years in a number of congregations in western and north-west Sydney.
Rhonda has experience teaching in and overseeing the delivery of the Practical Theology program including curriculum development at both undergraduate and post-graduate level. Her D. Min dissertation was entitled “Integrating Theory and Practice in Ministerial Education” which included reflections on educating for collaborative and shared leadership and the development of the Integration Journal.
Prior to entering the ordained ministry, Rhonda was a Management Accountant and brings this experience into the disciplines of theological education through her interest in church management, collaborative leadership, governance and structures.
Rhonda is married to Clarrie and has two adult children and two adult step children. She is dedicated to contributing to the wider community through committee membership, participation in fund-raising events and as a keen netball coach and Giants Netball supporter.
